This Funzing Experience:
In yoga philosophy, Pratyahara, the fifth limb of yoga, is translated as the withdrawal of senses. As we remove the ability to see, we make that conscious effort to draw our awareness away from the external world, to slow down and draw our attention internally.
Surprise yourself with this beautiful opportunity to connect deeply with your body, and become attune to the vast knowledge that can only be found inside of you. Challenge your balance, learn to cultivate the rest of your senses and heighten your awareness.
This is a slow flow class to safely explore this unique practice blindfolded. Complex poses will not be explored but some basic yoga experience will be helpful!
Join Kathy Gabriel for an hour and a half of Asana practice and meditation in complete darkness, followed by a tea tasting session - the perfect way to share your experiences with others in the group!

An interesting experience. It allows me to feel my body with more intent.
It was the first time I've tried yoga blindfolded, and I found it to be a deeply connecting experience. It was a deeper moving meditation, just like how yoga should always be. Kathy's lovely guidance right throughout the practice really helped make that connection. Thanks Kathy!
Very good and unique yoga experience. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely go to classes by Kathy again.
One of the major unique experiences I've had. Such a challenge to balance without sight and it's amazing how much you really feel what's going on inside. Kathy was a great teacher, she was patient and her vocal cues were we easy to understand, wasn't afraid to topple over and have a good laugh with her. Thank you!
