Birds of a feather is an ongoing series of arm balance workshops that focuses on a particular motif / theme made to break down the postures in a memorable and accessible way. This workshop is all about CROWS and comprises of 2 sessions.

1st session: 27/8, 2-4pm
- Build your foundation and alignment in 5 different variations of the crow including transitions to and from crow.

- Be ready to work and play hard! This is session of pure playtime where we piece your practice together in a strong and intuitive crow flow sequence

Crow is a foundational arm balance that incorporates both strength and balance. Learn all the preparatory practices designed to build strength in the arms, shoulders and core to achieve stability and confidence in the shape. Understand the body mechanics and alignment of the poses in a safe and mindful way in order to sustain a strong practice. This workshop will help pave the way into more advanced arm balances and movements in yoga.

Whether you are new to arm balancing, or are an experienced flyer, this workshop is a tailored to leave you feeling stronger and more confident to incorporate the entire crow family into your daily practice!
