I didn't enjoy the experience, the instructor felt very amateur and it didn't feel like a work out class at all but rather an introductory class, not value for money.

We are sorry that today's Kickboxing class was unable to meet your expectation of a 'work out' class and we do agree that it might have felt more like an introductory class in some aspects as it was very much technical due to the number of beginners in the class today. As with all of our other classes, we strongly emphasize on exercise safety and techniques to build a strong foundation, hence allowing our students to better transition to the next level. Your feedback has been very helpful and we will be labeling our Kickboxing classes for beginners in the future and also to better inform the public that our Kickboxing class is NOT an aerobic class like Body Combat or Taebo to prevent any misconception in the future. Having said that, please feel free to drop in for any of our intermediate/advanced classes. We can assure you that the intensity level of an actual contact sport class like Muay Thai or Kickboxing, varies from moderate to high and will definitely deliver the workout punch that you crave for.
