Many of us are familiar with the idea of mindfulness and the host of benefits it brings but where and how do we begin, and if we have, how do we sustain our mindfulness practice?
This is a creative, mindfulness workshop carefully put together to break down what it really means to practice mindfulness with the self and with others. The workshop is broken into two segments. We will explore both individual and group exercises based on mindfulness that will help us go deeper in discovering authentic connections in our lives.
The first half of the session is a guided meditation that explores the power of breath and various accessible and practical techniques to cultivate a heightened sense of awareness with ourselves and in our environment. These practices will help you de-stress, calm the mind and let go limiting beliefs and release emotional residue.
The second half is an introduction to the art of having deeper conversations. Learn how to take your individual practice and applying it into your every day life to create meaningful relationships and conservations with loved ones, co-workers, friends and even strangers.
The entire workshop is a guided process that requires no further experience except for an open mind. It is suited for people who have a consistent mindfulness practice as well as those who are new and curious how to develop it in their lives.

Kathy is a yoga teacher and sound healer based in Singapore, someone that loves and preaches the art of mindfulness. Going beyond alignment, Kathy always encourages her students to follow their intuition, tap into their inner wisdom, to feel and understand what goes on in their body and their lives. Kathy incorporates a variety of traditions and approaches into her teaching.
Experienced with working with adults and children as young as 2, Kathy recognises that there is no one specific path to go about similar goals. She encourages students to trust their own wisdom in order to cultivate stillness and peace in their bodies, minds and hearts.
Ethan is a life coach and speaker focusing heavily on authentic and open communication. Trained in psychiatry, psychology and steeped in experience in the expressive music form of jazz music, Ethan helps others create environments and experiences where people explore and share their inner world deeply and authentically.Read Less
