This Funzing Experience:
Join Kathy in a soulful, re-harmonising experience of Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) and Sound Therapy (using Tibetan Singing Bowls). This is a small private session that will begin with gentle stretches to help prep your body for the practice. Kathy will also show you simple way to use acupressure points in key areas in the body to relieve stress, aches and regain lost vitality.

Through guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra - an ancient practice to achieve profound relaxation that melts tension on all levels, learn to relax and relieve tension in the body. The practice involves various breathing techniques and visualisations to help you enter the deepest possible state of relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. You will continue the practice with a meditative sound healing practice with attention to any imbalance in chakras (vibrational energy centers).

This is great for anyone, regardless of age, fitness level or experience. Anyone who is both new to meditation or has be practicing regularly. This is sequence of self-care that provides a full relaxation to your entire nervous system, improves your concentration, restores emotional balance, balance your chakras and may relieve stress that cause insomnia, anxiety and also depression.

Wear comfy clothes and bring along a shawl or towel in case you feel cold in an air conditioned room.
