The repetitiveness and focus on just colouring in between the lines within sight actually helps to easily calm the mind and shut out distractions or fluctuations in the mind. And the best part is - you don’t have to be an artist or a professional doodler to benefit from such a practice! This meditation is not about competence or even the end result. It’s a pure, fun and interactive way to find some inner quiet while also exploring your creative side. Before you begin, Kathy will also go through some simple breathing and meditation techniques to help ease you into your colouring meditation.
With soft music playing in the background, enjoy the company of others with the same intention to meditate through colouring.
