Through the process of creation, you can be naturally drawn into your inner self and connect with the present moment.
What is going to happen during the class?
During 'Drawing for mindfulness, people gather within a space to create art using the materials provided. The facilitator will provide guidance on art-making, touching on how art-making aids with the principles of mindfulness. Everyone will go home with their own masterpiece.
I don’t draw well. Should I still go to 'Drawing for mindfulness'?
This class is for all levels! Beginners to experienced artists are welcome. Techniques such as single line contour drawing will be taught during the class. Come with a willingness to experiment and a sense of curiosity, we'll provide the rest!
Wenlin is an illustrator, writer, yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner. Her works taken inspiration from social issues, nature & daily interactions with others. Most recently, she has exhibited at Kult gallery & been featured at Singapore Art Book Fair.
