This world-class programme features a holistic combination of fast and slow jumps, a variation of traditional aerobic steps & dynamic sprints, as well as "power sports" elements on the trampoline. This complex workout guarantees a full body strengthening after every jump. It burns, it works, and it keeps you coming back for more.
The bounce classes focus on form & physics in rebounding, and we are known for our charismatic team of Jumping® coaches. It's an experience you can find no where else.Important Notes:
1) Please bring along your own drinking water
2) Clean covered exercise footwear is required for jump
3) No shower facilities at the studio, but you can find one at Sportshub Level 3, just 5 mins away from the studio.
4) Take note of the different intensity levels for different days
