Cooking has always been my passion since I was helping out in the kitchen as a kid. Coming from a peranakan heritage, I was introduced to the different styles of Asian food and I ventured into western cooking when I went overseas. I pursued a Diploma in Italian culinary arts due to my love for Italian food and have worked in a Michelin restaurant in South and North Italy. Knowing that Italian food is widely appreciated in Singapore, I decided to impart my knowledge to other fellow foodies.
A foodie at heart, I live by the motto "Live to eat and eat to live!"
