Hello! I'm Jolyn, an avid climber for the past 5 years, and a climbing instructor for the past year and a half. I've climbed in gyms in over 7 countries, on natural rock as well as artificial. Yoga and running are my chosen complimentary sports to climber.
I fell in love with the endless challenges of climbing over the years, the fun of it all, how everyone helps each other, and are always happy when it comes to climbing. It was ultimately a win-win for everyone and it's a sport with no losers. I've witnessed and climbed with friends recovering from small and big injuries from other sports (nerve damage, lost limbs) and I realised this sport has made such an impact on lives beyond just fitness.
